Instructions for the Listening Practice Exercise
If you are a beginner:
- Listen to the slow version of the recording.
- Replay the recording as many times as you need to.
- Answer the questions.
- Listen to the recording one more time, this time looking at the PDF of the text.
- Check your answers. If you made a mistake, try to find the answer in the PDF text.
If you are at the intermediate level:
- Listen to the fast version of the recording.
- Replay the recording two times OR listen to the slow version of the recording.
- Answer the questions.
- Listen to the recording one more time (either fast or slow), this time looking at the PDF of the text.
- Check your answers. If you made a mistake, try to find the answer in the PDF text.
If you are at the upper-intermediate level:
- Listen to the fast version of the recording.
- Replay the recording once.
- Answer the questions.
- Listen to the recording one more time, this time looking at the PDF of the text.
- Check your answers. If you made a mistake, try to find the answer in the PDF text.
If you are at the advanced level:
- Listen to the fast version of the recording.
- Answer the questions.
- Listen to the recording one more time.
